Stephen Frappell is the Clerk Assistant – Committees in the New South Wales Legislative Council, the Upper House of the New South Wales Parliament. He was appointed to the position in 2018, having previously held the position of Clerk Assistant – Procedure in the Legislative Council from 2012, and prior to that various positions in the Department of the Legislative Council and in the Australian Senate. He has a BEc (Soc Sci) and a BA (Hons) and postgraduate LLM.
