John Eldridge is a barrister at Serle Court, London. His scholarly work is principally concerned with the law of obligations. He is the editor of two books and an author of over 20 publications in leading Australian and British journals. John is the book review editor of the Journal of Contract Law and is a member of the editorial advisory board of the University of Western Australia Law Review. He is a graduate of the University of Adelaide and the University of Cambridge.
