Professor Bill Duncan, LLB (Qld), LLM (Lond), FAAL, is a Professor Emeritus in the Faculty of Business and Law, Queensland University of Technology. Professor Duncan has practised as a solicitor and specialist consultant, published and lectured extensively in many aspects of transactional law including land contracts, commercial leasing and real estate mortgages, commercial contracts and allied subjects since 1970. He was a consultant for 25 years at Allens Linklaters and its predecessor firms.
