Dr Anna Olijnyk is a Senior Lecturer at Adelaide Law School, The University of Adelaide. Her research uses public law principles to analyse the institutional role and practical work of courts and tribunals, particularly in the implementation of innovative policy and procedure. She is Director of the Public Law and Policy Research Unit. Her published work includes Justice and Efficiency in Mega-Litigation (Hart, 2019) and Government Accountability: Australian Administrative Law (Cambridge University Press, 2nd ed, 2018), as well as journal articles in the International Journal of Constitutional Law, Public Law Review, Sydney Law Review, Federal Law Review, and University of New South Wales Law Journal.
