Patty Kamvounias is a Senior Lecturer in Business Law at The University of Sydney Business School. She has had a number of administrative roles in the School and the University and currently is the Program Director for the Master of Commerce.

Patty teaches and coordinates a range of undergraduate and postgraduate business law units. Her research areas and interests include higher education and the law. This research focuses on the application of the Australian Consumer Law to the higher education sector and the operation of judicial review and other public law principles in this context. Another aspect of her research explores the nature and impact of different types of assessment on student learning and good teaching practice for improved learning outcomes.
