Neil Williams SC is a barrister practising in Sydney. He was appointed senior counsel in 2001. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Sydney, and a degree in law from the University of New South Wales, and a Masters in Public Law from the Australian National University. He is the convenor of the Constitutional and Administrative Law Section of the NSW Bar and is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.
