Margaret Thornton is an Emerita Professor of Law and an expert on discrimination law with an extensive publication record, comprising multiple monographs, edited books, articles and book chapters. Her scholarship has been recognised by election as a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia and as a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.
