Dr Joan Squelch is an Associate Professor in the School of Law at the University of Australia Notre Dame (Fremantle). Joan lectures in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Employee Relations Law. Her areas of research interest include legal education, schools and the law, education and human rights law, school governance and workplace bullying.
