Jim Stanford is Economist and Director of the Centre for Future Work at the Australia Institute, based in Sydney. He is the author of Economics for Everyone: A Short Guide to the Economics of Capitalism, which has been published in six languages. He is also Honorary Professor of Political Economy at the University of Sydney, and Harold Innis Industry Professor of Economics at McMaster University in Canada.
