Jeffrey Gordon is a Lecturer at The University of Sydney Law School where he teaches Equity, Torts and United States Constitutional Law. He writes at the intersection of public and private law, most recently interrogating the law of protest during the COVID-19 pandemic and exploring how free speech should regulate non-disclosure agreements. Jeffrey has published in Australia and the United States, and his work has been cited by a Justice of the High Court of Australia. He has taught, and is admitted to practice, in New York and New South Wales.
