James Sippe (BSc; LLB (Hons); DipModLang (UWA)) is a barrister at Fourth Floor Chambers in Perth. Before being called to the Bar, James was a corporate merger and acquisitions lawyer with Herbert Smith Freehills. He has a broad commercial and corporate litigation practice, including schemes of arrangement transactions and takeovers disputes, and also has extensive experience advising on the negotiation of M&A transactions. He is a guest lecturer for the University of Western Australia’s M&A course.
