Zada Lipman is an Emeritus Professor in the School of Law, Macquarie University. Zada’s research focuses on pollution law, hazardous waste, planning law and biodiversity. She has been a Commissioner on the NSW Independent Planning Commission since 2015 and is a member of the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Advisory Panel. Zada is the Australian editor of the Environmental Liability Journal (UK) and is on the editorial board of the Environmental and Planning Law Journal. She is a member of the IUCN – the World Conservation Union Commission on Environmental Law.
