Vannessa Ho is a Legal Officer at the Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC). Prior to her role at the ALRC, she was a sessional academic and research assistant at Macquarie University, teaching IP and technology law, and examining copyright authorship in film.

She holds a PhD in Intellectual Property Law from Macquarie University. She was the joint winner of the Holt Prize in 2024 for Forum Choices in Transnational Intellectual Property Litigation.
