Peter Sutherland is a Visiting Fellow at the ANU College of Law, Director of SoftLaw Community Projects in Canberra and is admitted as a legal practitioner in the ACT, NT and Queensland. He is the editor of the book series Social Security and Family Assistance Law (with Allan Anforth), Veterans’ Entitlements and Military Compensation Law (with Robin Creyke), Annotated Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988, and Military Law in Australia (with Robin Creyke and Dale Stephens), each published by The Federation Press. Peter is a sessional Senior Member of the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal. He is Treasurer of ECHO Cooperative Housing Association and Public Officer of the Australian Council for Social Service.
