Nick O’Neill is President of the Guardianship Tribunal and convenor of the NSW Chapter of the Council of Australasian Tribunals. As a legal academic he introduced the first human rights course taught in an Australian law school. He also taught administrative and constitutional law. He practiced law and was a law reformer in Papua New Guinea. He has promoted human rights in Australia and the Pacific.
