Mirko Bagaric is a Professor of Law and Head of the Deakin Law School. He is the author of over a dozen books and one hundred papers in refereed journals in the United States, Australia and Europe.

He has written on a wide range of legal and philosophical topics including international law, practical moral philosophy and punishment and sentencing. His work in the area of privacy stems from his more general interest in human rights law and practice.
