Mary Keyes is Senior Lecturer in Law, Associate Dean (Postgraduate Studies) and Deputy Head of School at Griffith Law School, in Brisbane, Australia. She is co-author of Policy and Pragmatism in the Conflict of Laws (2001), and is presently updating the Conflict of Laws title for Halsbury’s Laws of Australia. She is author and co-author of numerous articles on private international law. Her work has been cited by Australian courts and commentators, as well as in international journals.
