Dr Julie Cassidy is a Professor at The University of Auckland. She is also admitted to practise in Queensland and Victoria. She was awarded a doctorate in 1993 for her thesis Customary International Law’s Protection of Aboriginal Title in Post-Colonial Nations. Her areas of expertise include taxation, company law and Indigenous legal issues.
