Justice Elizabeth Raper was appointed a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia in 2022, before which she had practised at the New South Wales Bar. As a barrister her practice comprised employment and discrimination law. She was recognised in 2018 Doyle’s Guide as a Preeminent Barrister. Elizabeth was also recognised in the 2019 Chambers and Partners Asia Guide for Band 1 Employment (Employment & WHS) as well as in 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2014. Elizabeth is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in Law at Sydney.
