Anthony Forsyth is Senior Legal Officer at the Australian Council of Trade Unions (currently on leave from his position as Distinguished Professor in the School of Law at RMIT University). Anthony’s areas of research focus include collective bargaining; the regulation of trade unions; labour hire; platform work; and comparative labour law. He is the author of The Future of Unions and Worker Representation: The Digital Picket Line (Hart Publishing, Oxford, 2022).
