Dr James Metzger is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law & Justice at the University of New South Wales. He is the author of the essay, ‘Critical Perspectives on the Uniform Evidence Act’, published in the Sydney Law Review, and has been invited to give presentations on evidence law to practitioner groups. His other research interests include civil procedure and dispute resolution, in particular class actions and blockchain-based crowdsourced arbitration. He is admitted to the New York Bar, the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
