Daniel Stewart is a Senior Lecturer at the Law School of the Australian National University and a consultant to Sparke Helmore Lawyers. He holds honours degrees in both Economics and Law from the Australian National University and a Master of Laws from the University of Virginia, where he was a John M Olin Fellow in Law and Economics. His has published broadly on a number of topics including the role of the public/private distinction in public law.
