Anthony J. Connolly is an Associate Professor at the Law School of the Australian National University. He is the author of Cultural Difference on Trial: The Nature and Limits of Judicial Understanding (2010) and the editor of two collections of essays, Indigenous Rights (2009) and Cultural Heritage Rights (2015). He has been the General Editor of the Federal Law Review since 2014.
