Róisín Annesley QC is a practising member of the Victorian Bar and a long-serving member and Chair of the Victorian Bar Ethics Committee. She is an experienced trial and appellate advocate. She practises in the areas of personal injury, professional negligence, torts generally, insurance and professional disciplinary tribunals, and she has a strong commercial litigation practice in the areas of contract, misrepresentation, property and unconscionable conduct.

This second edition of the Good Conduct Guide incorporates significant changes following the commencement of the Legal Profession Uniform Law and is directed at all Australian barristers. It is the product of Roisin’s research, her experience in court and as member and Chair of the Victorian Bar Ethics Committee, and her discussions with various senior members of the Victorian Bar and the judiciary.
