Penelope Crossley is an Associate Professor of Law at The University of Sydney Law School where she teaches Tort Law, Renewable Energy and Emerging Technologies Law, and Energy and Resources Law. She has a scholarly interest in the intersection of Tort and Energy Law, particularly as it applies to interferences with land and climate litigation. Associate Professor Crossley has authored a number of books and scholarly publications including Renewable Energy Law: An International Assessment and the 6th edition of Balkin and Davis Law of Torts. She is a practising solicitor of the New South Wales Supreme Court and a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
