Dr. Jason Donnelly is a prominent Australian immigration and public law scholar and barrister. He earned a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a University Medal, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a PhD. Dr. Donnelly has worked for Justice Michael Kirby AC CMG and Justice Peter McClellan AM KC of the High Court of Australia and NSW Supreme Court, respectively.

He has been involved in approximately 232 published decisions across Australia, succeeded in 57 tribunal trials, and 54 federal judicial review applications. Additionally, Dr. Donnelly has represented clients in 20 cases before the High Court of Australia.

Dr. Donnelly’s contributions include numerous articles in Australian law journals, co-authoring legal texts, participating in Commonwealth statutory inquiries, and presenting at legal conferences.
