Dr Dominique Allen is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Law & Taxation at Monash University, where she teaches Employment Law. Dominique completed her doctoral thesis on Australia’s anti-discrimination laws at Melbourne Law School and has published widely on Australian anti-discrimination law, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment and ADR in Australia and internationally. Her research interests are in anti-discrimination law, ADR, labour law and human rights. Since late 2016, she has served as Secretary of the Australian Labour Law Association.
