Daniel Reynolds (LLB (Hons), BInSt (UNSW)) is currently the Associate to Justice Keane of the High Court of Australia, and in 2017 will return to practice as a lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills. He was previously the Tipstaff to Justice McDougall of the Supreme Court of NSW. He has also researched for the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law since 2014, particularly with Professor George Williams, and has published articles in the areas of constitutional law, administrative law, racial discrimination, human rights, migration, international law, contracts and negligence. He has written three books on the law, including two with Federation Press.
