Christopher Adkins is the Senior Director, Legal at the Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission. He was previously a Director with Housing ACT with responsibility for matters involving the Commissioner for Social Housing and Housing ACT before the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal and other courts. Christopher obtained his LLB(Hons) in the UK and became involved in social housing when working for the Borough of Poole in the late 1990s. In 2004 Christopher and his family emigrated to Australia where he worked for NSW Housing before moving to Housing ACT in 2008. Christopher also holds a graduate certificate of social science in housing management and policy from Swinburne University.
