Anthony Gray is Professor of Law at the University of Southern Queensland. He is a former Director of Schools and Community Education at the Queensland Law Society, and has published extensively in refereed law journals in Australia, including the University of New South Wales Law Journal, Monash University Law Review, Federal Law Review, Sydney Law Review, University of Western Australia Law Review and University of Queensland Law Journal, as well as international law journals.

Anthony won first place in the 2016 USQ Publication Excellence Awards for Authored Books for his publication Criminal Due Process and Chapter III of the Australian Constitution.
