The Future of Intellectual Property at the Law and Technology Event Horizon

The Third Annual Conference on Innovation and Communications Law was hosted by the La Trobe University School of Law as a cooperative effort of La Trobe University School of Law, Drake University Law School, the University of Hawai’i, William S Richardson School of Law, the University of Louisville School of Law, Michigan State University College of Law, the University of Turku Faculty of Law, and the IPR University Center, Finland, and co-sponsorship from the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia (IPRIA), the State Government Victoria – Koori Business Network and the Asia Pacific Social Impact Leadership Centre. The conference theme was Re-envisioning Progress: Pluralistic Visions of Intellectual Property in a Globalized, Digitized Era. The results of this meeting are set out in this issue.
