This article explores how the increasing array of technology available will impact upon ADR processes, practitioners and services in the years to come. The article explores possible developments that will impact on how ADR processes will operate within the broader dispute resolution system. The implications of the continuing technological revolution are also discussed in the context of increased opportunities for conflict as well as from the perspective of access to dispute resolution processes.
