Monographs on Australian Labour Law

This series is designed to encourage and foster the publication of specialist monographs in labour law which fall outside the standard range of texts typically oriented towards the tertiary market. The series reflects the increasing importance attributed to labour law and its relationship with economic and industrial relations policy in the globalisation of product, service and labour markets.

The focus of such works may be on legal doctrine or empirical legal data, and may also seek to explore the interaction of labour law with disciplines such as economics, industrial relations, human resource management and regulatory theory.

General Editors:

  • Richard Mitchell, Professorial Fellow, Law School, The University of Melbourne; Professor, Department of Business Law and Taxation, Monash University
  • Andrew Stewart, Professor of Law, Law School, Flinders University, and Legal Consultant, Piper Alderman
