Anthony Forsyth

Anthony Forsyth is a Professor of Law in the Graduate School of Business and Law, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia; and a Consultant with the Corrs Chambers Westgarth Employment Workplace & Safety Group.

Anthony's research interests cover collective bargaining; union recognition and good faith bargaining; workplace dispute resolution; trade unions; and comparative labour law. His recent publications include an edited collection with Professor Breen Creighton: Rediscovering Collective Bargaining: Australia’s Fair Work Act in International Perspective (Routledge, 2012).

In October 2015, Professor Forsyth was appointed by the state government in Victoria as Chair of an independent Inquiry into the Labour Hire Industry and Insecure Work.
